نظام سحب هواء بارد من Dinan لـ BMW M5 2018-2023
أول ما يلفت الانتباه عند النظر إلى حجرة المحرك المجهزة بنظام سحب Dinan هو الكمية الكبيرة من ألياف الكربون 2x2 اللامعة المطلية بطبقة مقاومة للأشعة فوق البنفسجية (UV). تمتد من طرف حجرة المحرك إلى الطرف الآخر بفضل ذراع (Wishbone) لمدخل هواء ثانوي يعمل بشكل كامل، والمادة ليست جميلة المظهر فحسب بل تؤدي وظيفة عكس الحرارة أيضاً.
أما الـ Wishbone الذي يحاكي السمة المميزة المبهرة بنفس القدر لحجرة محرك F8x M3/M4، فله غرض مختلف؛ فبدلاً من إضافة صلابة هيكلية، يعمل كممر لمصدر هواء ثانوي يستمد هواءه من فتحة كبوت مركزية تقع خلف الشبك الأمامي. يدعم تدفق الهواء الإضافي مداخل الهواء الأصلية في صندوقي الهواء الأيسر والأيمن بهواء محيط من خارج حجرة المحرك.
وقد تم تكبير صناديق الهواء هذه وتزويدها بفلاتر ضخمة للتعامل مع هذا الحجم المتزايد، وتتيح مع بقية النظام تدفق الهواء في نظام السحب بأعلى كفاءة ممكنة.
رغم أن نظام السحب الأصلي مناسب بما يكفي لدعم مستويات القوة حتى stage 1، فإن ذلك لا يعني عدم وجود فائدة في الأداء عند الترقية إلى نظام Dinan. فإلى جانب مظهره المذهل، تتمثل أكبر ميزة للنظام، بفضل التدفق الإضافي والمحسّن، في تقليل انخفاض الضغط الموجود في النظام الأصلي. وهذا يعني أن التيربو يعمل بجهد أقل لتحقيق القوة المستهدفة.
ومع عمل التيربو بكفاءة أكبر، ينتج أيضاً ضغط خلفي أقل قبل التوربين، وسرعات أقل لعمود التيربو، ودرجات حرارة أقل لهواء الضاغط الخارج، وإمكانية تحقيق مستويات ضغط بوست أعلى. وعند دمجه مع فتحات دخول التيربو الاختيارية Dinan Turbo Inlets تتضاعف هذه التأثيرات وتمثل التدفق والكفاءة المثاليين.
ومع التحسن الطبيعي في استجابة دواسة الوقود، وتحسن بسيط في الصوت، ومظهر سيترك أي شخص عاجزاً عن الكلام، يُعد نظام السحب من ألياف الكربون Dinan F90 M5 مكملاً مثالياً لـ«الأفضل».
تُعد M5 السيارة الرائدة للعلامة، ولذلك تستحق أن تُبرز أفضل المكونات الممكنة. يلتزم نظام سحب الهواء البارد المصنوع من ألياف الكربون من Dinan للجيل الأحدث من M5 بهذه الفلسفة، ويقدم على الأرجح أفضل حل سحب مغلق من حيث الأداء والكفاءة في السوق، وربما الأكثر إبهارًا بصريًا أيضًا.

The first thing noticed upon gazing upon the engine bay equipped with the Dinan intake is the sheer amount of gloss UV coated 2x2 carbon fiber. Stretching from one end of the engine compartment to the other, courtesy of a fully functional secondary air inlet wishbone, the material is not only beautiful to look at but serves the purpose of heat deflection as well.
The wishbone, which mimics the equally impressive calling card of the F8x M3/M4 engine compartment, is purposeful in a different way. Instead of adding structural integrity, the wishbone serves as the conduit for a secondary air source deriving its contents from a central hood scoop located behind the front grilles.
The additional air flow supplements the factory inlet locations on both the left and right air boxes with ambient air from outside of the engine compartment. These air boxes have been enlarged and equipped with massive filters to handle this increased volume and together with the rest of the system allow the intake to flow as efficiently as possible.
While the stock intake system is adequately suited to support up to stage 1 power levels that does not mean there is no performance benefit when upgrading to the Dinan system. Besides its amazing appearance the biggest advantage of the system, by virtue of additional and optimized flow, is the reduction of the pressure depression in the stock system.
This equates to the turbo having to work less in order to achieve targeted power. With the turbo working more efficiently this also means a lower pre-turbine backpressure, lower turbocharger shaft speeds, lower turbocharger compressor discharge temperatures, and for the ability to achieve higher boost pressure levels.
Coupled with the optional Dinan Turbo Inlets these effects are even more exacerbated and represent ideal optimum flow and efficiency. Paired with the natural improvement to throttle response, a minor bump to the acoustics, and a visual appeal that will leave anyone speechless the Dinan F90 M5 carbon fiber intake system is a perfect complement to the "best."
The M5 is the flagship of the marque and as such deserves to showcase the best possible components. The Dinan Carbon Fiber Cold Air intake for the latest generation of M5 holds true to that philosophy and offers arguably the best performing and most efficient sealed intake solution on the market. Quite possibly the most visually impressive as well.
