حدافة DCT فولاذية مخمدة
نحن في Clutch Masters متحمسون جدًا لهذا المنتج. نقدم لكم حدافة DCT الخاصة بنا لـ Audi RS3 / TTRS وناقل الحركة DQ500. صُممت هذه الحدافة من الصفر بناءً على مواصفات الحدافة الأصلية (OE). على عكس الحدافة الأصلية التي تتعطل عندما تبدأ بتعديل محرك 2.5L Turbo ذي 5 سلندرات وزيادة قوته، صُممت حدافة Clutch Masters لتتحمل إعدادات عالية القوة بشكل جدي.
ركزنا أولًا على جعل المحور (Hub) أقوى ما يمكن ليتحمل أكبر قدر ممكن من العزم استطعنا هندسته فيه. في اختبارات تحليل الإجهاد بالمحاكاة الحاسوبية، أظهر محورنا المصنوع من فولاذ 4140 المشغول والمقسّى قدرته على تحمل عزم يصل إلى 3500 ft/lbs قبل الانهيار. وهذا يزيد على 3x ضعف سعة العزم مقارنة بالخيارات الأخرى المتوفرة اليوم.
تعمل هذه الحدافة أيضًا على محركات Audi و VW الأخرى التي تستخدم نفس نمط مسامير عمود المرفق الخاص بـ RS3، مثل محركات 2.0L turbo عند التحويل إلى ناقل الحركة DQ500. وسنوفر قريبًا أيضًا إصدارات بـ 6 و 10 مسامير لأجيال أخرى من محركات VW مع ناقل الحركة DQ500. كما ستتوفر خيارات حدافات لناقلي الحركة DQ250 و DQ380.
بعد ضبط المحور، بنينا بقية المكونات حوله لتناسب نفس أبعاد الحدافة الأصلية (OE) تماماً. هذه الحدافة مخمّدة أيضاً بـ 6 سوست شديدة التحمل تشمل 2 من حشوات السوست المقسّاة التي تتيح للسوستة العمل حتى انضغاطها الكامل ثم تتلامس الحشوات مع بعضها. كما أضفنا لوح تآكل UHWM أعلى المحور وأسفله لمنع أي تلامس مباشر بين المعدن والمعدن.
الحدافة محكمة بحلقات o-ring ومعبأة بالشحم للحفاظ على تزييت السوست والسماح بتبديد بعض الحرارة من السوست إلى الشحم. تُجمع الحدافة ببراغي ARP. صنعنا هذه الحدافة لتدوم وتتحمل قسوة القيادة اليومية والانطلاقة تلو الأخرى في مضمار التسارع، لكن عند الحاجة يمكن إعادة بنائها وصيانتها بالكامل.

Dampened Steel DCT Flywheel
We here at Clutch Masters are stoked on this one. Introducing our DCT flywheel for the Audi RS3 / TTRS and DQ500 transmission. This flywheel is a ground up design built around the OE flywheel specs.
Unlike the factory flywheel that fails when you start to modify and increase the output of the 2.5L Turbo 5-cylinder engine, the Clutch Masters flywheel is designed to handle seriously high-powered setups. We first focused on making the hub as strong as possible to be able to handle as much torque as we could possible engineer into it.
In our computer simulation stress analysis tests, our hardened 4140 billet steel hub is showing it is capable of handling up to 3500 ft/lbs of torque before failure. That is over 3x more torque capacity then other options available today.
This flywheel will also work on other Audi and VW engine applications using the same crank bolt pattern as the RS3 such as the 2.0L turbo engines when swapping over to a DQ500 transmission. We will also have 6 and 10 bolt varieties available soon for other generations of VW engines and using the DQ500 transmission.
Also available will be DQ250 and DQ380 transmission flywheel options.
With the hub dialed in, we built out the rest of the components around it to fit within the exact same dimensions of the OE flywheel. This flywheel is dampened as well with 6 heavy duty springs that include 2 hardened spring inserts that allow the spring to work right up to its fully collapsed state and then the inserts bottom out on each other.
We also implemented a UHWM wear plate on the top and bottom of the hub to prevent the hub from any direct metal to metal contact. The flywheel is o-ring sealed and packed with grease to keep the springs lubricated and allow for some heat to be dissipated from the springs into the grease. The flywheel is assembled with ARP bolts.
We built this flywheel to last and withstand the rigors of daily driving and hit after hit at the dragstrip, but should you need to, it is completely rebuildable and serviceable.
This is by far the most robust flywheel available for the Audi RS3 /TTRS available on the market today. We aimed to price this flywheel at a point we feel is a great value to this community and the other options currently available.
